Millennials now make up the largest share of the US workforce, and they expect a lot more from their employers than just a decent paycheck. They want to feel valued and know their opinions matter; they want authentic connections with colleagues; they want a sense of community, collaboration and purpose. And they’re not afraid to job hop to find what they want. In fact, 66% of Millennials plan to leave their current organization by 2020.
